Digital Producer

Overview

  • coordinates, plans and supervise projects involving the creation of digital media campaign assets and other digital products and services for clients of the agency
  • works on digital branding and interactive marketing campaigns that rely on Internet technologies
  • collaborates with multiple project teams or departments to oversee the design and development of a range of digital campaigns
  • ensures that the work that is being produced is within internal and/or clients’ brand guidelines and has been Quality Assured

Responsibilities

  • Project Management
  • Direct work with the team and the client to understand the client’s business objectives and how each Interactive project fits into to their business strategy
  • Coordination of internal teams and sub-contractors in the delivery of Interactive projects for clients
  • Developing of project documents (including but not limited to sitemaps, wireframes, functional and technical specifications and project plans),
  • Prepares financial estimates/quotations and ensures project administration and invoicing is kept up-to-date
  • Managing the client relationship from approval to launch
  • Development of project plans for project delivery, communication and tracking of project milestones and monitor progress for all involved parties
  • Management of third party vendors, including consultants, contractors, and product vendors, including receiving financial estimates, negotiating rates, and working with the finance team to ensure on time settlement of invoices

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of previous experience managing digital production projects, including estimation and project plan development
  • Familiarity with Web development technologies, including content management systems,
  • Familiarity with best practices in Web development, including accessibility, usability and design
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams (including creative and technology), by setting project objectives and managing to them
  • Ability to interact with clients at a variety of levels and across functions, and manage client expectations to ensure client satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in stressed deadlines
  • Enjoyment and understanding of technology and the digital ecosystem
  • Excellent MS Office
  • Fluent in English

Digital Media Planner

 

Overview

 

  • Develops, manages and supervises the proper execution of digital media activities for some of the most inspiring brands
  • Prepares detailed online media plans backed up by strategy, rationale and research and ensures/provides their successful and efficient implementation in order to meet client’s objectives
  • Communicates constantly and works in close connection with Havas Global Teams & Coordination on Group Insights Tools & Solutions for Programmatic, Social Media, Mobile etc.
  • Defines often additional KPIs, tracks and optimizes, reports, summarizes and analyzes digital campaigns’ performance, along with recommendations on future communication improvement
  • Contributes to agency success by providing expertise in media planning, buying, execution and campaign analysis
  • Keeps up & applies latest trends & best practices in digital marketing

 

Responsibilities

 

  • To develop detailed media plans, supported by strong rationales & data, to manage campaign execution efficiently and deliver effective media campaign results in terms of meeting the predefined KPIs
  • To analyze campaign performance and report to the client with recommendations and insights
  • To develop annual digital media strategies and participate in pitches
  • To prepare strategic digital media proposals & plans and be able to present them
  • To perform periodical analyses relevant to the performed campaigns
  • To stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments and share new trends with the clients
  • To reviews and reconcile media schedules & production files with digital creative agency
  • To partner and negotiate with media on the best media conditions and availability for clients
  • To work hand in hand and be able to walk in client’s shoes, so as to deal smoothly with problem situations and effectively manage the flow of client related issues (changes in direction, goals and budgets) and creatively find solutions
  • To assist accounting department in assuring proper invoicing and due payments
  • To perform assigned tasks promptly, accurately and conscientiously

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience on a similar position (at least 2-3 years), but candidates with exceptional motivation and fewer years of experience will be considered as well
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Bulgarian
  • Excellent MS Office
  • Familiarity with Programmatic buying and experience with Performance ad campaigns management
  • Higher education, minimum education degree „BA” – Marketing or another relevant educational degree;
  • Ability to interact with clients at a variety of levels and across functions, and manage client expectations to ensure client satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in stressed deadlines
  • Show dedication, responsiveness, agility & ambition to learn and grow professionally

Account Executive/Manager

Job description

 

Manage campaigns for HAVAS Clients and coordinate potential Clients. Report to the Client Service Director. Develop a good working relationship with Clients and various HAVAS departments including media, production, strategy, and creative, as well as partner agencies. Build trusted relationships and execute with excellence. Participate in strategic discussions, brief development and aid in research. Develop an understanding of the account, industry, client business and target audiences. And above all, be an advocate for breakthrough work. Helps the agency create, sell and execute great work.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day client contact via telephone, emails, meetings
  • Help manage creative strategy and development (client approvals, briefings, check-ins)
  • Lead overall process by managing schedules, timelines, budgets and approvals
  • Gain an understanding of HAVAS internal processes and work with agency teams, agency partners and client teams to ensure process runs smoothly
  • Help coordinate development & delivery of creative assets and meet deadlines
  • Participate in setting agendas for meetings, participating and providing appropriate points-of-view during meetings, writing memo reports with clear next steps
  • Work on the execution of job orders, status reports, conference reports, estimates, billing and budgets, trafficking, coordinates fees and payments
  • Learn the clients’ business, products, goals and competitors
  • Learn the business by reading trades, third-party researches and agency/client presentations
  • Build a deep understanding of the Clients brand and products 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of agency experience in account management
  • Have good understanding of integrated multi-platform advertising and able to demonstrate an understanding of communication strategy.
  • Good knowledge of production: broadcast/video, digital advertising and landing pages, print/static, social  
  • Attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
  • Able to prioritize your work load efficiently, skillful at managing up – knowing when to update, when to be proactive, when to raise concerns
  • Ability to build strong working relationships, both internally and with agency partners and clients      
  • Strong presentation and writing skills
  • General knowledge of the ad industry, with a strong passion for advertising and creativity
  • Be a great energy in the team, able to motivate with a positive, can-do attitude
